  • How does the free trial work?

    If you cancel within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. After 30 days if you like HappyFitMe and want to keep using it, we'll require a credit card to continue. With payment, all of your workouts, log entries and cheers from friends will still be there and you will still have access after the 30 days have ended.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    Currently we accept Visa, and Mastercard. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

  • Do I have to sign a long term contract?

    No. Happy Fit Me is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

  • Are there additional fees?

    No. The price you see above is all inclusive. Every Happy Fit Me account includes unlimited times to login and progress updates. The prices listed above are the same for everyone, no matter how much you use your account.
